Good morning my beautiful readers,

This morning I thought I’d share one of my breakfast smoothie recipes for you to try – it’s soo yummy!

1 cup of mixed frozen berries

1 banana

2 squeezed oranges

1/3 of a mango

1 slice of pineapple

1 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup of water

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1 tsp of matcha powder

1 tbsp of green boost powder (inc. spirulina, wheatgrass, chlorella, spinach, kale, barleygrass)

Now just blend together and enjoy!
